What to send
For a single client or contact, a 12-piece box of one flavor reads as considered rather than bulk. For a team, a 24 or 36 gives people a reason to gather around a table. For an office of more than twenty, several boxes in different flavors work better than one large one — they get distributed rather than sitting in a kitchen.
Coffee, Earl Grey and orange chocolate are the flavors that do best in a workplace, because they are the ones people who avoid dessert will still eat.
Recurring and multi-address gifting
Client gifting at year-end, quarterly team celebrations, and boxes going to several addresses on the same day all run through a custom-order inquiry rather than standard checkout. Zhenya confirms addresses, timing and pricing with you before anything is charged.
Gift notes are included with every box and the price is left off, so a box can be sent directly to a client.
Lead time
Standard boxes need three days. Anything over 200 pieces, or going to multiple addresses, needs at least 14 days — especially in December, which books out first.
