Meet the maker

Hi, I’m Zhenya.

Baker, flavor-obsessive, and the hands behind every box.

I started making macarons in my home kitchen, drawn to the care they ask of you: the measured fold, the patient rest, the exact bake. But the best part was always sharing them—the pause after the first bite, and the way a beautiful box could turn an ordinary visit into an occasion.

Today, I still make each order in small batches, balancing familiar favorites with flavors that feel a little unexpected. Every box is packed with the same intention as the first ones I made for family and friends.

From twelve pieces to two hundred, each order is made to create a moment of connection.

Baked for your date, not for a counter

There is no display case and no walk-in counter. Every box is piped, filled and packed for the delivery date you choose, which is why a standard order needs 3 days’ notice and anything over 200 pieces needs 14. You can choose a date up to 180 days ahead.

One flavor to a box

There are 15 flavors, and each box holds just one of them, because shells and fillings keep better when they are not sharing space. Boxes come in 12, 24, 36 pieces, from $36; a mix is simply several boxes on the same delivery. The flavor collection has notes on every one.

Delivered by hand

Boxes go out by delivery only, free anywhere in the Triangle. Add a note at checkout and it is packed with the order, with the price left out, so a box can go straight to someone as a gift. Payment is taken securely through Stripe when you order.

Larger and custom orders

Weddings, corporate gifting, custom colors and anything over 200 pieces start with an inquiry rather than checkout. Zhenya replies personally to confirm flavors, timing and delivery before anything is paid.

Where the boxes go

Raleigh is home, and the delivery area runs across the Triangle. Each town has its own page with neighbourhoods, lead times and what tends to get ordered there.
